		<description>I agree, the sauce can burn and dry up quickly, this is why I suggest covering with a sheet of foil part way through cooking. That way the capsicums/peppers still get blackened and their lovely sweet flavour is also tasted in the sauce. Suz xx</description>

		<description>Hi ! In Hungary we have a very similar dish -great favourite in summers  -but I find it very challenging as the peppers get burnt easily in the tomato gravy .</description>
